He is the Principal for Eagle REIT, the first Dollar REIT to be structured and listed in Zimbabwe's VFEX. The fund aims to mobilise $62m funding for Novotel Victoria Falls, Healthshare Victoria Falls as well as a mall in Mazowe. Bevin is a CFA Charterholder, holds an MBA from European School of Management and Technology (Berlin), B Com in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Futures Studies from Stellenbosch Business School
