As CEO of STORY Hospitality, he brings a strategic vision shaped by decades of leadership in financial structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence across four continents. His expertise spans family-owned enterprises, private entities, and private equity-backed businesses, with a strong focus on scaling assets and optimising profitability. Victor has worked with many leading global hotel groups, including Rixos Hotels, the Dorchester Collection, Rocco Forte Hotels and Kempinski Hotels. He holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne. Victor is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), bringing deep financial acumen to his leadership role. Fluent in French, Arabic, and English, he combines his business expertise with a global perspective, making him a driving force in the luxury hospitality sector. Victor is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys gym workouts, kitesurfing, football and Formula 1 racing. He is an avid traveller, having visited over 40 countries, and he values the cultural insights these experiences bring to his work and management style.
