Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Al Khozama, in partnership with Ethar Al Jawdah, has announced the development of The Mark in Riyadh’s Al Ghadeer District on the sidelines of FHS. The project will be a mixed-use destination bringing together business, hospitality, and lifestyle through a long-term investment vision.

Developed on a site of approximately 16,000 square meters, The Mark will feature more than 25,000 square meters of Grade-A office space, alongside over 3,200 square meters of retail, dining, and lifestyle experiences, creating an integrated urban environment for businesses, visitors, and residents.

The project will also include Al Faisaliah Hotel as its main hospitality component, offering 171 hospitality keys, including 130 studio residences, 40 two-bedroom suites, and an exclusive penthouse, complemented by a grand ballroom, meeting and event facilities, specialty restaurants, and an all-day dining venue.

Upon full occupancy, The Mark is expected to accommodate more than 2,000 employees and contribute to the creation of direct and indirect employment opportunities across hospitality, operations, retail, and services, positioning the project as a platform for growth and a destination for business and hospitality in the heart of Riyadh.

أعلنت شركة الخزامى، بالشراكة مع شركة إيثار الجودة، عن تطوير مشروع The Mark في حي الغدير بمدينة الرياض، وذلك على هامش فعاليات FHS، ليكون وجهة متعددة الاستخدامات تجمع بين الأعمال والضيافة ونمط الحياة ضمن رؤية استثمارية طويلة الأمد.

ويقام المشروع على أرض تبلغ مساحتها نحو 16,000 متر مربع، ويضم أكثر من 25,000 متر مربع من المساحات المكتبية من الفئة الأولى، إلى جانب أكثر من 3,200 متر مربع من مساحات التجزئة والمطاعم وتجارب نمط الحياة، بما يخلق بيئة حضرية متكاملة تخدم الشركات والزوار والمقيمين.

كما يضم المشروع فندق الفيصلية كمكوّن ضيافة رئيسي، بطاقة 171 مفتاحًا فندقيًا تشمل 130 وحدة استوديو، و40 جناحًا مكوّنًا من غرفتي نوم، إضافة إلى بنتهاوس حصري، إلى جانب قاعة احتفالات كبرى، ومرافق اجتماعات وفعاليات، ومطاعم متخصصة، ومطعم يعمل على مدار اليوم.

ومن المتوقع أن يستوعب The Mark عند اكتمال الإشغال أكثر من 2,000 موظف، وأن يسهم في توفير فرص وظيفية مباشرة وغير مباشرة في قطاعات الضيافة، والتشغيل، والتجزئة، والخدمات، بما يعزز من دور المشروع كمنصة للنمو ووجهة للأعمال والضيافة في قلب العاصمة.
