Al Khozama has signed an Operating Agreement with Tharawat and Mawan Real Estate Development to operate Prime club in Riyadh’s Al Nakheel district, The signing took place on the sidelines of FHS, marking a strategic collaboration between the parties to develop and operate an integrated and exclusive business destination in the capital. The agreement represents an important step in the development and operation of premium business destinations in the capital, reflecting Al Khozama’s role in delivering integrated operating models that combine refined hospitality, professional business environments, and tailored services designed for an elite clientele.

Prime Business Resort is an exclusive and fully integrated business destination extending across approximately 140,000 square meters in Riyadh. The project is designed to offer a refined business environment that combines privacy, operational efficiency, service quality, and an integrated guest experience.

Prime Club forms one of the project’s key components and serves as a distinctive complement to the business ecosystem within the resort. It is a private membership-based club designed to meet the aspirations of the region’s elite business community, senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, and affluent clientele.

Through this agreement, Al Khozama reaffirms its commitment to expanding its presence in the operation of luxury and specialized destinations, while contributing to the enhancement of business environments in Riyadh and supporting the capital’s position as a regional hub for business, investment, and premium hospitality.
