RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA – JUNE 23, 2026: Following the success of their ongoing partnership in Tabuk, Sophos Hotels Co. and SAS Hotels Co. are pleased to announce a new agreement for the management of the Four Points by Sheraton Hafar Al Batin, KSA, scheduled to open in July 2026.This second project marks another important milestone in their partnership and reinforces both parties’ commitment to supporting the growth of Saudi Arabia’s hospitality sector.

Located in Hafar Al Batin, a Blooming city in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province and a key gateway for regional travel and trade, the hotel is well positioned to serve diversified demand. The property will support the city’s growing role as a regional service hub and enhance the hospitality offering for travellers passing through the area.

The hotel will feature 76 guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, rooftop restaurant, lobby coffee bar, fitness center, and meeting rooms, supported by guest services designed to deliver a comfortable and convenient experience for our guests.

The project reflects the shared ambition of SOPHOS Hotels SA and SAS Hotels Co. to deliver high-quality hospitality assets aligned with the Kingdom’s broader tourism and development goals.

الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية – 23 يونيو 2026: في أعقاب نجاح شراكتهما القائمة في تبوك، يسر كلاً من سوفوس للفنادق ساس للفنادق الإعلان عن اتفاقية جديدة لإدارة فندق فور بوينتس شيراتون حفر الباطن في المملكة العربية السعودية، والمقرر افتتاحه في يوليو 2026م.

يمثل هذا المشروع الثاني محطة مهمة أخرى في مسيرة الشراكة بين الطرفين، ويعزز التزام كليهما بدعم نمو قطاع الضيافة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

يقع الفندق في حفر الباطن، إحدى المدن المتميزة بموقعها الجغرافي في المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية، والتي تُعد بوابة رئيسية للحركة الإقليمية والتجارة. ويأتي الفندق في موقع استراتيجي يؤهله لتلبية تنوع الطلب، حيث سيسهم في دعم الدور المتنامي للمدينة كمركز إقليمي، ويعزز العروض الفندقية المتاحة للمسافرين العابرين للمنطقة.

سيضم الفندق 76 غرفة ضيافة، ومطعم يقدم وجبات على مدار اليوم، مطعم مطل ، ركن للقهوة في اللوبي، مركز للياقة البدنية، وقاعات اجتماعات، إلى جانب خدمات ضيافة مصممة لتوفير تجربة مريحة وعملية للنزلاء. ويعكس هذا المشروع الطموح المشترك بين سوفوس للفنادق سويسرا وشركة فنادق ساس لتقديم خدمات فندقية عالية الجودة تتماشى مع أهداف المملكة الأوسع في مجالي السياحة والتنمية.
