The FHS Women Power Impact Leader Award returns for its second edition at FHS Saudi Arabia 2026. This first-of-its-kind initiative celebrates outstanding Saudi women who are shaping the future of the hospitality industry. As part of our ongoing commitment to championing gender diversity and empowering women in hospitality, FHS Saudi Arabia continues to spotlight inspiring leaders whose achievements are driving progress, innovation, and inclusion across the sector.

This award celebrates Saudi-national women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, career growth, and industry impact. It highlights those who have broken barriers, led initiatives, mentored others, and driven meaningful change within their organisations and the wider hospitality sector.

By providing a dedicated platform for recognising female excellence, FHSWomenPower ensures that women’s contributions are visible, valued, and celebrated, furthering the mission of a more inclusive and progressive hospitality landscape in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Eligibility Criteria:


The Candidate must:

  • Be a Saudi-national woman, either working in Saudi Arabia or studying abroad, with a clear commitment to contributing to the Kingdom’s hospitality sector.
  • Be actively working in hospitality (any department within the industry: operations, F&B, marketing, finance, HR)
  • Have demonstrated career growth within their organisation or industry (e.g., promotions, leadership roles, increased responsibilities).
  • Must show a commitment to professional growth, leadership potential, and impact on their team, workplace, or industry (can be through mentoring, leading initiatives, driving change, or overcoming barriers)
