Neil Gallagher is Chief Executive Officer of Soneva, where he leads the brand’s ongoing evolution as a pioneer of sustainable luxury and transformative guest experiences. With more than two decades of international hospitality leadership, he brings together deep strategic, commercial, and operational expertise. Prior to joining Soneva, Neil provided high-level strategic advisory to private equity funds and family offices across diverse sectors, including hospitality. Previously, Neil served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Clermont Hotel Group (formerly glh Hotels Management), where he oversaw multi-brand hotel portfolios and led transformation initiatives focused on performance, culture, and long-term value creation. He also held senior leadership roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, including as Chief Financial Officer for Europe, supporting expansion across markets and strengthening financial operations. He began his career with Marriott Vacation Club International, building a strong foundation in luxury resort operations, owner engagement, and service excellence. A people-first leader, Neil's focus is guiding Soneva’s growth while preserving purpose, a commitment to sustainability, and its distinctive brand ethos.
