Osama Abdullatif Al-Othman is the Founder & Managing Director of NURU and a distinguished investment executive with more than three decades of experience at the intersection of investment, development, and economic transformation. Throughout his career, he has worked across sovereign wealth fund-backed entities, multinational corporations, and international investment platforms, leading complex investments, strategic partnerships, and transformational development initiatives across multiple markets. His experience spans tourism, real estate, infrastructure, and renewable energy, where he has helped mobilize capital, expand institutional footprints, and deliver projects of national and regional significance. He has overseen investments exceeding USD 2.5 billion and held senior leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer of Damanat, Chief Executive Officer of Aseer Investment Company, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary, and leadership roles at Masdar, one of the world's leading renewable energy companies. As Founder & Managing Director of NURU, Al-Othman advises governments, developers, investors, and destination owners on destination strategy, investment attraction, tourism growth, place transformation, governance, and capital project delivery.
