Samer Sabra is a seasoned hospitality and real estate executive with over 25 years of experience across the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait. He has a strong track record of leading company transformations by driving portfolio diversification, investing in new ventures, and enhancing real estate and hospitality assets. As Chief of Hospitality at Jabal Omar Development Company, he is responsible for optimizing a multi-billion-riyal portfolio, asset managing hotels (around 8000 keys), retail, and mixed-use developments in one of the most prestigious projects in Makkah with assets value exceeding SAR 40 billion. His expertise spans across asset management, investment strategy, and value creation, positioning him as a key leader in the region’s real estate and hospitality sectors. Before joining JODC, Mr. Sabra succeeded in designing and shaping the investment and real estate strategy for Bakheet Holding on local and international levels by establishing and managing new companies for the group of which Ghina Real Estate and Taiba for international investments. During his earlier career, Mr. Sabra gained vast experience working in different real estate and hospitality development companies in KSA, UAE, and Kuwait. Mr. Sabra holds a master’s degree in finance & Investment from York university in the UK and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American university in Beirut.
