Nihal Felemban is a Saudi-Moroccan chef, entrepreneur, and founder of Kiram Food Services. After more than a decade in corporate banking, she transitioned into hospitality, combining her passion for food, travel, and storytelling. In 2022, she launched The Lucky Llama, a pioneering Peruvian Nikkei restaurant in Jeddah that has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand, three consecutive Time Out Jeddah Best Restaurant in the Americas awards, and Two Hats from Gault & Millau Saudi Arabia. In 2026, Nihal was named Gault & Millau Saudi Arabia's Young Talent of the Year. She also founded Dear Duck, which was awarded Best Café in Jeddah in its first year, and continues to champion innovative Saudi-grown hospitality concepts.
