Dr Jorge Arnanz is an internationally experienced academic executive, higher education leader, and tourism and hospitality specialist with over two decades of professional experience spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He is currently Executive Director of Academy at Al Khozama Investment in Saudi Arabia, where he leads academic operations, curriculum and faculty development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership management. Dr Arnanz’s professional background reflects a blend of academic rigour and industry relevance. Before and alongside his academic career, he built extensive experience in tourism operations, luxury travel design, hospitality management, and foodservice entrepreneurship. Alongside his professional experience, Dr Arnanz is deeply engaged in applied research and academic scholarship, with a strong focus on tourism and hospitality education, customer behaviour, leadership, and circular economy.
