Gianluca Ciuffo is an Associate Architect at JT+Partners, bringing more than 15 years of experience in delivering hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and masterplanning projects across the Middle East, Africa, and international markets. Since joining JT+Partners in 2015, he has played a key role in the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from luxury resorts and branded hotels to large-scale residential communities and destination developments. His experience includes hospitality projects with leading international operators, as well as landmark developments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Pakistan, India, Morocco, Egypt, and Angola. Gianluca has contributed to the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects, including resorts, waterfront developments, masterplans, public realm initiatives, and mixed-use destinations. Known for his collaborative approach, strong design sensibility, and multidisciplinary coordination skills, Gianluca excels at guiding projects through complex design and development processes. His ability to balance creativity, technical excellence, and client requirements has made him an integral member of the JT+Partners team, supporting the firm's commitment to creating innovative, context-driven, and experience-focused environments.
