The FHS Leadership Award celebrates industry pioneers whose careers reflect excellence, innovation, and a commitment to inspiring future generations of hospitality leaders.
Award Criteria
The Leadership Award recognises individuals with an outstanding professional track record who have made a significant contribution to the evolution of the hospitality sector. We seek nominees whose leadership, influence, and legacy continue to drive meaningful change within the industry.
Criteria for Nomination:
The nominee must:

Have a proven record of achievement and leadership in the global hospitality industry.

Demonstrate influence through innovative initiatives, thought leadership, and industry advancement.

Serve as a role model, inspiring the next generation through mentorship, community impact, or global collaboration.

Be nominated by a sponsor who affirms the nominee meets these criteria.
Award Timeline:
- Nominations must be submitted by 5 September 2025 (midnight GST).
- The winner will be announced and given the award by a distinguished member of ISHC on the main stage at FHS World.
Prize Details:
- Complimentary pass for FHS World 2025.
- Complimentary registration to the 2026 ISHC Annual Conference in Rome (24-26 September in Rome, Italy)
