With over a decade of international experience across firms including Soneva, Faena, and Trust Hospitality, he specializes in structuring and managing complex hospitality-led developments. Through SALVA, Santiago has advised and structured projects across the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the United States, integrating financial underwriting with sustainability accreditation. He is also expanding SALVA’s presence into Europe through a Lausanne hub, advancing a new paradigm of regenerative, investment-grade real estate.
