Hamed Aljufairi has over two decades of program management experience across hospitality, mixed-use, retail, and infrastructure. As VP of Operations at Compass Project Consulting, he leads business development and operational performance across seven offices in the UAE, KSA, and Sri Lanka. His career includes senior roles at WS Atkins, Jacobs, Jasara PMC, Systra, and Dar Alriyadh. At Compass, he oversees a portfolio supporting approximately USD 36.6 billion in regional construction value, including major hospitality and destination developments across the Gulf. He holds degrees from the University of Leeds and the University of Manchester.
