Linh Vu is an international hotel strategist and founder of Key Hospitality Consulting, advising investors and developers on hotel concept development, operator selection, and complex cross-border transactions across Southeast Asia, Europe, and Saudi Arabia. With over 15 years of experience, she has successfully negotiated agreements with leading global operators for a wide range of hospitality assets, from beach resorts to vibrant urban destinations. A member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), Linh is also a passionate advocate for talent development. She led a national partnership with Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) to launch vocational training centers that are redefining hospitality education in Vietnam. She holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, London Business School, and the University of Hong Kong, and is widely recognized for her negotiation acumen, cross-cultural fluency, and strategic leadership in emerging markets.
