Sebastien Carre is an internationally recognized leader in the luxury hospitality and tourism industry, with over 30 years of experience spanning five continents. He oversees Red Sea Global Hospitality, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global. As Group Head of Hospitality, Carre leads the fully integrated luxury hospitality function from its base in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He defines the strategy and execution for the development and operations of a diversified portfolio of assets, which includes ultra-luxury and commercial properties such as hotels, resorts, managed residential lifestyle operations, restaurants, bars, and wellness-driven concepts. He is responsible for overseeing the expansion of Red Sea Global Hospitality’s managed portfolio. In this role, he ensures that each project aligns with the company’s vision for creating world-class, sustainable luxury destinations that offer exceptional guest experiences while supporting the local economy and community. Sebastien’s career includes more than 20 years at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he played a key role in hotel openings, rebrandings, and regional operations leadership across Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Mauritius, South Africa, Tanzania, French Polynesia, and the United States. His expertise lies in aligning business strategy with operational excellence, driving innovation centered around guest experiences, and leading diverse, high-performing teams through periods of transformation and growth. A graduate in international hospitality management from Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School in France, Sebastien combines creative vision with executional precision. He is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences thru elevated craftmanship, while advancing sustainable and culturally relevant hospitality models that benefit local communities and inspire global travelers.
