Ibrahim Alturki is the Chairman of Growth Partner and a recognized expert in tourism, Hajj, and Umrah across Saudi Arabia and the broader region. With more than 22 years of experience, he has led strategic transformation projects focused on institutional development, data systems, and service integration for both public and private sectors. He has played a leading role in national initiatives with government entities such as the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Ministry of Housing, Guests of God Program, and the Royal Commission for Makkah, as well as advising the Saudi Tourism Authority, General Authority for Awqaf, and several regional municipalities. Ibrahim’s international contributions include projects in Egypt, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Sudan, Uzbekistan, Germany, and other key tourism source markets. He has developed digital platforms, guided tourism data governance, and helped design market entry strategies aligned with Vision 2030. As a trusted advisor to regulatory bodies like the Egyptian Tourism Federation, Uzbek Hajj Authority, and Sudan’s Supreme Council for Hajj and Umrah, Ibrahim is widely respected for his ability to bridge policy, strategy, and innovation. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
