As part of our commitment to championing gender diversity and empowering women in hospitality, we're pleased to introduce the FHSWomenPower Impact Leader Award, a first-of-its-kind initiative recognising outstanding women leaders in hospitality shaping the future of the industry.
This award celebrates women leaders in hospitality who demonstrate exceptional leadership, career growth, and industry impact. It highlights those who have broken barriers, led initiatives, mentored others, and driven meaningful change within their organisations and the wider hospitality sector.
The criteria for this award is:
The Candidate must:
- Be a woman actively working in hospitality (any department within the industry: operations, F&B, marketing, finance, HR)
- Have demonstrated career growth within their organisation or industry (e.g., promotions, leadership roles, increased responsibilities).
- Must show a commitment to professional growth, leadership potential, and impact on their team, workplace, or industry (can be through mentoring, leading initiatives, driving change, or overcoming barriers.)
