World Branded Residences Awards at FHS World

Award Categories

There will be three awards that will be presented at BRF during FHS World. These awards are as followed:

1. Top Branded Residence Brokerage

• Awarded to the brokerage firm achieving the highest total sales volume in branded residences.
• Prize granted to the top-performing individual broker within the winning brokerage.

2. World's Top Branded Residence Broker

• Recognising the individual broker with the highest cumulative transaction volume

3. Largest Single Transaction Award

• Honoring the individual broker who completed the largest single branded residence transaction within the past 12 months.

Required Data:

• Total number of branded residence transactions (1 September 2024 - 31 August 2025).

• Gross sales value for this period.

• Origin of buyers (percentages for key source markets: US, UK, EU, China, GCC, Others).

• Submissions require validation by the nominee’s own CEO or CFO

Award Timeline:

• Nominations must be submitted by 19 September 2025 (midnight GST).

• The winner will be announced and given the award on 29 October on the main stage during BRF at FHS World.

Prize Details:

• Grand Prize: 7 nights at Delano Dubai
• Second Prize: 5 nights at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech
• Third Prize: 3 nights at a luxury Sofitel property
