Jaidev (“JD”) Menezes is the Regional Vice President, Mixed-Use Development for Marriott International for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). JD has a successful track record of over 20 years with extensive experience in both hotel and residential development across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas. Prior to joining Marriott, JD was Head of Global Development for Emaar Properties’ hospitality division. Previously, he spent over 15 years with Fairmont-Raffles (now Accor) in Development and Strategy roles including his last role as Executive Director, Mixed-Use Development (EMEA). JD earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and his MBA from the Ivey Business School.
