Elie Milky is the Chief Development Officer for the Middle East, Northeast Africa, Greece, and Cyprus at Radisson Hotel Group, where he leads the Group’s strategic expansion and drives the growth of its diverse brand portfolio across key markets. His role covers development and conversions for all of Radisson’s core brands, including Prize by Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson, Radisson Individuals, Radisson RED, Radisson Blu, art’otel, and Radisson Collection. Elie was recently promoted to this expanded role following a successful 15-year journey with Radisson Hotel Group, where he joined in 2010 as Business Development Manager. Since then, he has become a driving force behind the company’s growth in the region, signing iconic deals, forging long-term relationships with key owners, and helping launch new brand propositions across diverse markets. A Lebanese national, Elie began his career in hotel operations, holding various management roles in Lebanon and the UAE from 2000 to 2005. He later joined HVS in London and Dubai, where he conducted feasibility studies, valuations, and strategic advisory across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This foundation in real estate and investment laid the groundwork for his transition into hotel development. Elie is widely respected for his leadership style, market intuition, and ability to convert opportunities into long-term value. His strengths lie in strategic deal-making, whether signing single-asset or portfolio deals, and in launching brands and asset types that align with market demand. He is passionate about building meaningful partnerships and adding value to owner investments. He holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management, specializing in Hotel Real Estate and Finance from IMHI–ESSEC Business School in Paris, and a BA in Hospitality Management and Tourism from Notre Dame University in Lebanon. Outside of work, Elie finds energy and inspiration in music, travel, sports, gastronomy, and quality time with his family. His purpose is rooted in leadership, growth, and balance.
