Barry Landsberg is a senior leader with over 25 years of global experience in the development of luxury and lifestyle branded residences . He brings key expertise in providing end-to-end development support and consulting services to mixed-use, master-planned, and standalone residential projects. Landsberg built his career working for Fairmont-Raffles/FRHI/Accor advising on a broad portfolio of projects around the world further establishing his credentials as Vice President at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where he led the residential development marketing and sales effort for urban and resort projects in the Americas. With his firm Landsberg Residential Consulting, Barry brings his unique expertise collaborating with developers in the establishment of brand partnerships, the development of branded stand-alone residential real estate, and repurposing existing real-estate assets and guides hospitality and consumer brands in the conceptualization and development of the tools, resources, and infrastructure required to create and support a branded residential offering.
