Paul Saba is Vice President & Senior Counsel at Marriott International, overseeing legal matters across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). With over a decade of experience at Marriott, Paul has played a pivotal role in negotiating and closing complex hotel and mixed-use development deals throughout the region. He brings particular expertise in mixed-use projects and branded residences, adeptly navigating intricate regulatory environments. Paul has also contributed globally as a member of Marriott’s task force responsible for redesigning model template agreements now used across international markets. Prior to joining Marriott, he practiced law at Al Tamimi & Company in Kuwait and held positions at several law firms in the United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and both a Juris Doctor and a master’s degree in conflict resolution from Wayne State University.
