As Chief Investment & Development Officer of Legacy Hotels Holding, Abdulrahman leads the group’s growth, development, and investment strategy across the MENA region. In this role, he identifies and secures high-impact opportunities, spearheads brand partnerships, and drives innovative hospitality concepts that deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustainable value creation. His work spans midscale, luxury, and experiential hotel segments, with a strategic focus on unlocking underdeveloped markets and elevating operational performance through design, brand positioning, and market-driven investment. In the F&B sector, Abdulrahman has been instrumental in launching and scaling high-profile, trend-forward concepts in Miami’s hyper-competitive dining scene, as well as Orla Restaurant in Bahrain. He also spearheads the expansion of illy Caffè in Bahrain as both a retail chain and a leading coffee distribution network for the HORECA, vending, and grocery sectors—building market share through quality, brand integrity, and strategic channel growth. Beyond hospitality, Abdulrahman is a key architect of Almoayed Investments, a family-led investment firm turned regional powerhouse in venture capital, retail, and asset-based investments. His strategic insight extends to board roles with Almoayed Wilhelmsen Ports Services (AWPS) in logistics and maritime, BRC in steel reinforcement manufacturing, and EMCO in electro-mechanical contracting. With a proven ability to envision and execute market-leading concepts, Abdulrahman has successfully led over a dozen entrepreneurial ventures—from transportation distribution with Wheels of Arabia to technology startups and sports-focused enterprises. His leadership style blends investment acumen with operational expertise, fostering innovation and performance in every sector he touches. A graduate of Southern Methodist University (BBA in Organizational Behavior & Business Policy) and the University of Strathclyde (MBA), Abdulrahman combines academic rigor with a global business perspective.
