Christopher Sanderson is co-founder of The Future Laboratory, the global futures intelligence consultancy that uses trend forecasting, consumer insight, foresight and brand strategy and innovation to help inspire and future proof organisations. Chris is responsible for The Future Laboratory’s extensive roster of conferences, media events and in-house briefings and has delivered insight and intelligence to many of the most influential companies around the globe, including Chanel, Christian Dior, Condé Nast, General Motors, Selfridges, Google and SONY. Before co-founding The Future Laboratory in 2001, he was UK communications director for Quiksilver, contributing Style Editor at Esquire and a lecturer in visual communication at the University of the Arts in London. He has also served on the advisory panel for the British Council’s Creative Industries Unit and he was the presenter of Channel Four’s trends and technology show, Future Family.
